Swim 1 – Building water confidence, Flotation and developing kick.
Swim 2 – Front and back-crawl, breathing, introduction to butterfly and inverted Breaststroke.
Swim 3 – Work on body position, development of front and back-crawl, bi lateral breathing, Fly kick and breathing, breaststroke kick and breathing, flotation and sculling.
Swim 4 – Development of Breaststroke, Fly arms, sitting dives, sidestroke, standing dives.
Swim 5 – Technique on all 4 strokes, body position, balance drills, tumble turns, standing dives, fly arms.
Swim 6 – Development of stroke technique
